Ulcinj is the southernmost town in Montenegro. The town of Ulcinj has a population of 10,707 (2011 census) of which the majority are Albanians. Ulcinj is the centre of Ulcinj Municipality and the centre of the Albanian community in Montenegro. The Day of Ulcinj is held every first Saturday of April. It symbolizes the end of the collection of olives, the output of the sailors at the sea, and the beginning of the tourist season. Ulcinj is founding member of National Assembly of Albanian Municipalities created in 26 November 2012.

Plav is a town in north-eastern Montenegro. It has a population of 3,615 (2003 census).

Plav is the centre of Plav Municipality (population of 13,805).In the Middle Ages, there was a countynamed Plav in the Kingdom of Serbia.

The settlement of Plav itself was founded by the Ottoman Empire. The Ottoman census organised in 1582-83 registered the Plav nahiyah within theSanjak of Scutari with 18 villages; all inhabitants had personal names with a Serbian character, and no Muslims were present.

Tuzi  is a settlement in the Podgorica Municipality, Montenegro, located along a main road between the city of Podgorica and the Albanian border crossing, just a few kilometers north of Lake Skadar. The exact location of Tuzi is 42°21′56″N 19°19′53″E. Tuzi is urban municipality, a subdivision of Podgorica municipality.
